Sunny Days at Queen Elizabeth Country Park

And so it came to pass.... there are those moments in our lives when we must wonder to ourselves 'What am I doing here!!' So it must have been for many of us on the day of our 'Summer B-B-Q'. However, We stuck to the task and enjoyed the afternoon as best we could in the circumstances. There was cricket or football to be played and it was great to see the young kids ignore the rain and hoof a ball about. There are several people to thank for their direct input.

A special thanks goes out to Rampo, Stef, Adrian Sanders and Jo Guidion who all helped with the cooking but I think that all 68 of you mad fools who turned up to eat a bit and drink a lot can be pleased with yourselves.
And 'Well Done' for raising £176-00 for the cause.
